At BuyMyReviews, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital goods and intangible services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Eligible for Refund

We offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to start delivering your order within 72 hours of the purchase date (unless a specific start time was stated).
  • Service Not as Described: If the service delivered is completely different from what was advertised on our website.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate transaction immediately.

2. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: Once an order has started processing, we cannot stop it. Therefore, refunds for "change of mind" are not possible.
  • Private Account: If your social media profile (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is set to "Private" during delivery, the system will fail, and we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure your profile is Public before ordering.
  • Wrong Link: If you provided an incorrect URL (e.g., wrong username or video link) and the service was delivered to that link, we cannot reverse it or issue a refund.
  • Policy Violation: If your social media account is suspended or banned by the platform due to your own actions or violation of their terms, we are not responsible.

3. Refill Guarantee (Warranty)

Social media platforms occasionally update their algorithms, which may cause a drop in followers or likes. To protect your investment, we offer a Refill Guarantee:

30-Day Refill: If your follower/like count drops within 30 days of purchase, contact us, and we will refill the lost amount for free. This serves as a replacement for a monetary refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders are often processed automatically and instantly. Once the system accepts an order, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make changes, please contact support immediately after placing the order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.

We aim to review and resolve all refund requests within 24-48 business hours.
