Public Profile: Your social media account must be set to "Public" during the delivery period. Private accounts cannot receive services.
Correct Links: You must provide the correct URL (username or post link). We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong link provided by you.
No Changes: Do not change your username or set your account to private while an order is in progress.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are in USD. We accept payments via Crypto, PayPal, and other gateways. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are only issued for non-delivery.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that our services will result in specific business outcomes, sales, or long-term popularity. Social media algorithms are complex and change frequently.

We are not responsible for any account suspension, deletion, or content removal by social media platforms. You use our services at your own risk.

6. Refill Policy

We offer a 30-Day Refill Guarantee for most services (Followers/Likes). If your count drops below the purchased amount within 30 days, please contact support for a free refill. This warranty does not apply if your account is banned or if you change your username.
